Crescent Ward Lighted Bollard – R-6501

The Crescent Ward Lighted Bollard, model R-6501, is a ductile iron bollard with lighting built into the body. It runs on AC power at 100 to 240 VAC, so it needs a wired supply at the location. At 40-3/16 in tall and 12-1/8 in across the body, it puts light low along a path rather than overhead, which suits walkways, plaza edges and building entrances.

Dimensions and weight: 40-3/16 in (1021 mm) high, 12-1/8 in (308 mm) body diameter, 14-1/8 in (359 mm) base diameter, and 187 lb (85 kg) per unit. The 14-1/8 in base is the footprint to work from when you lay out spacing along a run, and the 187 lb figure is the one to check against your site access and handling.

There is a second way to use it. The R-6501 is also listed as a bollard cover, and it will go over an existing pipe no wider than 10-3/4 in and no taller than 36 in, so it can be set over a pipe already in the ground.
