The R-8460 is a fixed stainless steel bollard from Reliance Foundry, supplied and installed across Toronto and the GTA by Bollard Boys. It stands 35-1/2 in (900 mm) tall, with a 4-1/2 in (115 mm) body diameter and a wider 6.3 in (160 mm) base. Each post weighs 21 lb (9.5 kg).
It is an embedded, fixed-mount bollard. The post is set in place permanently, so it does not lift out or retract. Use it where vehicles need to be kept off a walkway, a storefront edge, a patio or a piece of equipment. Bollard Boys lists it under parking, traffic and safety bollards.
