The R-7301-EX is a stainless steel bollard cover. It slides over a pipe post that is already set in the ground, so the pipe itself is no longer in view. The cover stands 42 in (1,067 mm) tall and measures 6-1/4 in (159 mm) across at both the body and the base. It fits posts up to 4-1/2 in (114 mm) in diameter and up to 40 in (1,016 mm) tall.
The finish is Satin No. 6, buffed. That is a satin surface, not a mirror polish. Body and base share the same diameter, so the cover has a straight profile with no flare at grade. It weighs 29 lbs (13 kg). Typical settings are building entrances, storefronts, loading areas and parking garages.
A cover is not a barrier on its own. Any vehicle protection at the location comes from the pipe post underneath, so measure that post for height and diameter before ordering.
