An in-ground removable mount for decorative bollards. The mounting column retracts: it is raised and turned clockwise to lock for use, and sits level with grade when the bollard is taken away. The bollard fits over the column and is held by a pin that seats in notches in the receiver, fastened with a heavy-duty padlock. The receiver is galvanized steel.
