The R-7101 is a narrow plastic bollard cover from Reliance Foundry, built on a 5 in body and standing 64 in (1,626 mm) tall. It fits over existing steel pipe and turns a plain post into a tidy, uniform column. Bollard Boys supplies it in Toronto and the wider GTA, online or as part of a site package.
The 5 in body takes pipe no more than 4-1/2 in across, with no more than 62 in standing above grade. Those limits matter more than the cover’s own height. Measure the pipe diameter and exposed height on site before ordering, and choose a different size if the post falls outside either figure.
The R-7101 weighs 4 lbs (1.8 kg), light enough to carry several at once when you are covering a row of posts. As with any cover, it changes how the pipe looks but is not a barrier in its own right, and any protection at that spot comes from the post it sits on.
