The R-7111 is a plastic bollard cover made by Reliance Foundry and supplied by Bollard Boys in Toronto and the GTA. It slides over a steel pipe that is already set in place and gives the post a clean, uniform outer face. It stands 72 in (1,829 mm) tall on a 7-3/8 in body, with the same diameter at the base.
Fit is decided by the pipe underneath, not by the cover. The R-7111 takes pipe up to 6-5/8 in across and up to 70 in from grade to the top of the post. Measure both figures before ordering. A post outside either limit needs a different size.
The cover weighs 7.5 lbs (3.4 kg), so one person can carry and place it. Be clear on what it does: a cover conceals an existing pipe and is not a security barrier in its own right. Any protection at that spot comes from the pipe bollard underneath. Bollard Boys sells the R-7111 online and also quotes supply and installation across the GTA.
