Model R-7539 is a decorative bollard in ductile iron with a fluted body. It stands 35-3/4 in tall, has a 5-7/8 in body diameter and a 10-1/4 in base diameter, and weighs 75 lbs. Its listed function covers two uses. As a fixed bollard, it blocks vehicle access at the point where it stands. As a cover, it fits over an existing pipe up to 4-1/2 in in diameter and 25 in high and conceals it. In that role it is a cover only and is not itself a security barrier.
