The R-7591-AL stands 32 in (813 mm) tall, with a fluted 6 in (152 mm) body on a 10-1/4 in (260 mm) base. It can be set as a fixed bollard, where it blocks vehicle access at the point where it stands, or placed over an existing pipe up to 4-1/2 in (114 mm) in diameter and 25 in (635 mm) high. As a cover it conceals the pipe and is not itself a security barrier.
