The R-8323 is a flexible bollard made from polyurethane, supplied by Bollard Boys in Toronto and the GTA. Body and base share the same 3-7/8 in diameter, so the unit takes up little room at ground level and reads as a slim post. It is a flexible polyurethane post rather than a fixed steel bollard, so do not specify it where the job calls for a fixed bollard that blocks vehicle access at the point where it stands.
