The R-8464 is a stainless steel removable bollard, 35-1/2 in tall, with a 4-1/2 in body and a 6.5 in base. Each post weighs 26 lb. It is a Reliance Foundry product, supplied by Bollard Boys in Toronto and the GTA. We list it under removable, contemporary, parking, and stainless steel bollards.
The post lifts out of its mount when a vehicle needs through and drops back in afterward. That is the practical difference between a removable line and a fixed one. In place, the R-8464 blocks vehicle access at the point where it stands. Out of the ground, it is 26 lb of stainless steel that someone has to carry and store, so decide early where the posts will be kept.
