The R-7553 Decorative Bollard is a ductile iron casting that stands 32 in (81 cm) tall. Its 6 in body widens to a 10-1/4 in base, which gives the unit a planted look where it meets concrete and covers a wider patch at grade. It weighs 82 lbs. The casting is non-fluted, so the body stays plain rather than ribbed.
Installed by itself, the R-7553 works as a fixed bollard and blocks vehicle access where it is set. Fitted over an existing pipe, it works instead as a cover for a pipe measuring no more than 4-1/2 in across and 25 in from grade.
