The R-7581-AL is an aluminum bollard with a fluted body. It can stand alone as a fixed bollard, blocking vehicle access at the point where it stands, or it can go over a pipe already in the ground and work as a cover, concealing the pipe while the pipe does the structural work.
The R-7581-AL is 31 in tall, with a 7-3/4 in body diameter and a 15 in base diameter, and it weighs 46 lb. As a cover it takes pipe up to 4-1/2 in in diameter and 25 in in height. We list it under aluminum, removable, decorative and traditional or historic bollards, and under bollard covers.
