The R-7582 measures 34 in (864 mm) in height, with a fluted 7-3/4 in (197 mm) body set on a 15 in (381 mm) base. It is cast in ductile iron and each unit weighs 109 lbs (49 kg). Bollard Boys supplies this Reliance Foundry model across Toronto and the GTA, online or with installation.
The broad base and thick body suit busy sidewalks, street corners and building entrances where a slim post would look out of scale. Use it as a fixed bollard, where it blocks vehicle access at the point it is set, or as a cover over an existing pipe up to 4-1/2 in (114 mm) in diameter and 25 in (635 mm) high. As a cover it conceals the pipe and is not itself a security barrier.
