The R-7661 is a low, broad steel bollard. It stands 22-3/4 in tall, with a 16 in body diameter over a 28-1/2 in base. Those proportions give it far more presence than a slim pipe post, which is why it sits in our decorative range as well as our traffic and safety ranges.
It is a fixed bollard. Once set, it blocks vehicle access at the point where it stands and stays there; it is not meant to be taken out for occasional access. At 210 lbs it is a heavy piece to move, so work out how it will be lifted into position before the crew starts.
