The R-8472-RA is a double locking retractable bollard in stainless steel. Raised, it blocks vehicle access at the point where it stands. Lowered, it lets traffic through on the same route. The post locks in the raised position and in the lowered position, so it stays in whichever setting was chosen until someone unlocks it.
Recorded dimensions are 35-1/2 in overall height, a 4-1/2 in body diameter and an 8.7 in base diameter. Each unit weighs 65.21 lb. The base is wider than the body, so check the base diameter against your layout, especially near curbs, drains or existing slabs, before you settle on spacing.
