The R-7175 is a plastic cover for a pipe bollard that is already in place. It is listed in two sizes. The smaller is 51 in (1295 mm) tall with an 8 3/8 in body diameter and weighs 12 lbs. The larger is 58 in (1473 mm) tall with a 9 7/16 in body diameter and weighs 13 lbs. On both sizes the base diameter matches the body.
Which size you need comes down to the pipe. The smaller cover takes pipe up to 6 5/8 in in diameter with up to 49 in standing above grade. The larger takes pipe up to 8 3/4 in in diameter with up to 52 in above grade. Measure both figures off the pipe itself. A cover conceals the pipe and nothing more; what stops a vehicle at that spot is the post underneath it.
