The R-7310 is a stainless steel cover for an existing bollard pipe. It fits pipe up to 8-5/8 in in diameter with up to 40 in of exposed height, and measures 44 in tall by 10-3/4 in in diameter. The finish is Satin No. 6, buffed, which gives a satin surface rather than a mirror polish.
A cover is there for appearance. It conceals a pipe that is already in the ground and gives a matching look along a frontage, a loading area or a row of entry posts. It adds no stopping capability of its own, so the protection on site stays exactly what the underlying pipe provides.
