The R-9821 is a solar lighted bollard in steel. It stands 36 in tall, measures 4-3/8 in across at both the body and the base, and weighs 28 lbs. The light is solar powered, so the best spots for it are ones that get direct daylight for a good part of the day.
It does two jobs. As a bollard, the R-9821 marks an edge and makes the line between one surface and the next easy to read. As a light, it helps people find that line after dark. Garden paths, landscaped beds, lot entrances and walkway junctions are the usual places for it.
