The R-8320-R is the removable mounting for the R-8323 flexible bollard. It is made of black polyurethane. The post is fitted into the receiver and taken out again with a key and lock, so the bollard can stay in place or be cleared as access to the area changes.
The receiver is set into new concrete when the slab is poured. Plan for proper drainage at the receiver when setting it. It suits spots where the flexible post is not needed at all times.
