The R-7140 is a plastic post cover for narrow pipe. It fits over a bollard that is already standing and conceals it, so the visible surface is plastic rather than the pipe itself. It is a cover, not a security barrier. Bollard Boys supplies the R-7140 in Toronto and across the GTA.
This size takes a post up to 4-1/2 in in diameter and up to 54 in tall. The cover is 55 in (1,397 mm) tall with a body and base diameter of 5 in, and it weighs 6.7 lb (3.0 kg). If the pipe on your site is wider than 4-1/2 in, this cover will not suit it and a larger size is needed.
