The R-7306-EX is a stainless steel bollard cover, supplied by Bollard Boys in Toronto and the GTA. A cover is a sleeve. It drops over a pipe bollard that is already installed and conceals it, leaving a stainless outer surface at the curb. The cover is not a security barrier in its own right. It changes how the existing pipe looks, and nothing more.
