The R-7155 is a plastic post cover for large-diameter pipe. It drops over a bollard that is already installed and conceals it. Like any cover, it is a skin rather than a security barrier: it changes what the existing pipe looks like from the street, and nothing more. Bollard Boys supplies it across Toronto and the GTA.
The cover fits a post up to 12-3/4 in in diameter and up to 58 in tall. It stands 61 in (1,549 mm) tall with a body and base diameter of 13 in, and weighs 16 lb (7.3 kg). Measure the pipe at its widest point, including any weld seam or old coating, before settling on this size.
