The R-9831 is an aluminum lighted bollard, 39.4 in (about 1 m) tall, with a 6.6 in diameter at both body and base. It is tall enough to stand clear of low planting, so it works along walkways, in landscaped grounds and at the edges of parking areas. Each unit weighs 13 lbs.
Input is 100 to 277 VAC. Because the fixture is wired to a power supply rather than a solar panel, it can go in shaded spots where a solar unit would struggle, provided a circuit can reach it. Light colour is 4000 K, a neutral white. Plan the power runs early, since every location needs a feed.
